We've been picking lettuce...Mexico office outing
After a two-year hiatus and to welcome the Spring, the Condor Verde Mexico team went on a fun office outing to Xochimilco. Once used by the Aztecs to grow most of their food, these floating gardens (or "chinampas") are still used for the cultivation of flowers and organic vegetables and its canals can be explored on board colorful barges ("trajineras").
